Data entry tasks
Posting of cheques & other bank payments
Entering Lodgments & Receipts
Petty cash recording

Reconciliation tasks
Bank account reconciliation: Reconciling the amount in the company bank account with the amount on the bank statement is a time consuming process. We will check the accuracy of your bank statement, detail payments made into your account and withdrawn from your account.

Cash account reconciliation: This includes reconciling cash till rolls to sales records and bank lodgments.

What can we do for you?
We can some or all of these tasks for you. The data entry tasks require less skilled staff time than the reconciliation tasks. We can also help you with cash flow management and suggesting and making improvements to your systems.

Cash flow management
Cash flow management has a key role in the success of any business. You need to be able to collect cash just as well as you make the sale. You need to be able to have enough cash in hand at all times to cover current needs. This is a daily task for most businesses.

You can’t afford any cash gaps to develop. It is vital to forecast gaps before they happen and then to close them or narrowing them.

We prepare cash flow projections to plan your cash flow on a daily basis for the week or month ahead. They are also vital for raising finance.

Other aspects of cash flow management would cover analyzing the other components working capital such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, credit terms, credit policy and Inventory control. Looking at these areas helps to identify problems that might cause cash flow gaps. This will allow us to suggest solutions in advance to close these gaps.
Improvements
We are always on the look out for practical improvements to your system. We want to help you cut the time down involved in these tasks or to eliminate them if possible by using information technology.

We will also suggest ways to minimize bank charges and time spent on your banking
